Much like the have a Chaos Dwarf, a Dark Elf, an Orc etc. They don't infringe on any of GWs copyrights and most of the fantasy stuff that GW have draws upon common fantasy archetypes so it's only if it's dedicated to the god Khorne etc that it becomes an infringement.
