Kill Team Day, 21st March

Postby OvertheHill » Thu Mar 04, 2010 5:12 pm

With the release of the new Battle Missions book, KIll Team is back !!

As an alternative to Mega-lypse battles , each side is limited to 200 point forces made up from 0-1 Elite, 0-2 Troops, 0-1 Fast Attack (ie no HQ and no Heavy)

There are additional rules (winning conditions, specialists etc) but it seems very simple.

So. who's up for an afternoon of Kill Team on Sunday 21st ?? We could have a mini-league, and there's no reason why you couldn't change your army for each battle. Let's bring back the smaller - skirmishes !

James, Can you add this to the What's on thread please?

If you can do 200 point armies, using the above criteria (first post on the thread), bring both !!

It'll start whenever people get there..... it's just a semi-formal thing trying out the new version of the kill team rules.

Later in the year I'll arrange a Kill Team tournament , providing the Committee allow it.

There's no entry!! No need to register. No prizes, No tournament. Just a day playing with the new rules.

How cheesy or beardy can anyone be with 200 points? Later this week I'll summarise the rules for those who don't have the Battle Mission book.

Just turn up and play against whoever else turns up.

As I said, I'll run a proper tourney later in the year, if the Committee agree.
